L’entreprise Eugen Systems est aujourd’hui en grève suite aux refus répétés de la direction de s’engager à payer à ses salariés ce qu’elle leur doit, dans un conflit qui traine depuis plus d’un an.

Nous pensons qu’il est de notre devoir d’agir lorsque nos collègues se voient nier leurs droits, quand leur direction préfère choisir le conflit plutôt que la négociation. Nous savons que cette affaire risque d’en inspirer beaucoup d’autres, il est vital de soutenir celles et ceux qui mettent en péril leurs carrières et leur santé au nom de l’intérêt collectif.

The video game studio Eugen Systems goes on strike following the fifteen months-long repeated refusal of its management to commit to paying them what they deserve according to the contracts that bind them or to signing a promise to do so.

We believe it’s our duty to take action when our colleagues’ rights are being denied, when the company’s management would rather choose conflict over negotiation. We know this case will inspire many more and that it is vital to support those who put their careers and well-being at risk in the name of the collective interest.
